Do you know the right way to tie your shoes?
I’ve been tying my own shoes for about 30 years, and I just discovered I’ve been tying my shoes the wrong way! There are several advantages to tying your shoes the right way:
It is quick to tie your shoes
It is also quick to untie your shoes (no double knots to fight with!)
And most important, your shoes stay tied while you are running!
